Elitex presents a new collection of bridal jacquard fabrics, created in collaboration with the Fashion Research Italy Foundation.
Selected designs from the Foundation’s Historical Archive have been reinterpreted in a contemporary key and transformed into fabrics conceived for the bridal world. The goal is to enhance Italy’s visual heritage through a design process that combines creativity, technical expertise, and manufacturing quality.

A bridge between memory, culture, and innovation

Fondazione Fashion Research Italy  is a center for research, education, and preservation aimed at promoting the culture of Italian fashion.
With an iconographic archive of more than 30,000 designs and a training hub focused on sustainability and the enhancement of manufacturing know-how, the Foundation is a reference point for companies, students, and creatives in the industry.

Today, thanks to this collaboration, a selection of preserved designs finds new life in the yarns, textures, and reliefs of a textile collection with a contemporary spirit.

Based in Como, at the heart of Italy’s textile district, Elitex S.r.l. has developed jacquard collections designed for bridal and ceremony gowns, with a made-to-order approach focused on quality and customization.
Each creation stems from dedicated stylistic research, technical mastery in weaving, and continuous dialogue with fashion professionals.
